The Coral Collective is a group of marine industry businesses united by a shared commitment to environmental stewardship. Each member pledges to donate a portion of their profits, which is pooled together quarterly to fund a unique initiative—sending a skilled technician from one of our member companies on a fully sponsored charity mission anywhere in the world.

This initiative allows technicians to participate in hands-on environmental conservation work without financial burden. The funds cover their salary for the time away, along with travel, accommodations, and expenses, ensuring that both the technician and their employer are fully supported. The marine industry depends on the health of our oceans, and we believe in giving back. Through The Coral Collective, we’re using our resources, expertise, and workforce to make a lasting impact—one mission at a time.

Envisioned by FCS Marine, The Coral Collective is a deeply personal project inspired by the passing of Coral Smits, to whom all the work is dedicated.
